He didn't stop there. He went on to earn a BSBA in Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship and an MBA in International Business from Florida Institute of Technology.

Howard M. Holley, Sr is currently president and CEO of The Holley Group (THG) a national marketing and communications firm headquartered in Palm Coast, FL. Howard is also Chair and CEO of TouchPoint Management Services (TMS), a creative, digital and print management services firm serving major corporations. Both The Holley Group and TouchPoint are certified by the National Minority Suppliers Development Council (NMSDC) as minority business enterprises (MBE’s).


Holley spent 33 years with Xerox Corporation in a number of leadership roles throughout the United States and Globally. Prior to his transition from Xerox in 2009 to create The Holley Group, Holley was a senior vice president of a Xerox consulting practice managing $1Billion in revenue and 6000 associates nationally. Previously, Holley also had global roles as a senior vice president of Enterprise Services for Xerox China and a senior vice president for the Xerox Production Solutions Group in South America, Russia, India and the Middle East and Africa.
